Cartoon Network is celebrating new Tom and Jerry content with the appropriately themed World Cheese Day celebration.
From May 31 to June 4 on the Cartoon Network (StarHub CH 316 & Singtel TV 226), you can catch brand new episodes of The Tom and Jerry Show at 11.30 am; and on June 4 at 12.30 pm on the same channels, a movie feature called Tom and Jerry: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
Cartoon Network is also inviting fans young and old to join in some wholesome family fun now that it’s the school holidays – not like we have places to go – by preparing a cake together. More specifically, a Tom and Jerry-themed no-bake cheesecake, by following this cook-along video recipe. If the kids are fans of Tom and Jerry, then that’s an afternoon’s worth of activity sorted for you.
Cartoon Network is also releasing a Go Get Cheese Instagram filter on May 21, and there will be a whole wath of new merchandise in the form of limited edition cakes from Polar , Moose Toys at Toys”R”Us, or flip flops , just to name a few. Or you could just download the Whatsapp sticker pack and spam each other on the family group chat while the kids (or you) catch up on their video game backlogs (probably what’s going to happen in the end).
