ASUS recently showcased its newest Zenbook and Vivobook lineups, featuring the ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED (UX5304), the world’s slimmest OLED model.
At the heart of the new Zenbook announcement is the new Lumina OLED display, which, on the high-end models, is Pantone Validated, VESA DisplayHDR True Black-certified, and factory-calibrated to Delta E < 1 for greater colour accuracy.
It is also supported by ASUS Splendid colour-gamut management, OLED Power Saving, and ASUS Tru2Life technology, on top of the now-usual TÜV Rheinland low blue-light certification. ASUS adds that the panel has burn-in prevention technology and offers “US military-grade durability.” They will also provide a free OLED screen exchange for burn-in issues during the warranty period.
Zenbook S 13 OLED (UX5304)
ASUS claims this is the world’s thinnest 13-inch OLED laptop, which measures a super-thin 1cm profile and weighs only 1kg. The Basalt Gray model also showcases ASUS’ Plasma Ceramic Aluminum material, which enhances wear resistance, corrosion protection, thermal management, hardness, and lifespan, while providing a natural look.
Under the hood, this Evo-certified Zenbook is equipped with a 13th Gen Intel Core i7 processor with 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 x4 SSD. It also sports a long-lasting 63 Wh battery and a full set of I/O ports for on-the-go connectivity.
The 16:10 2.8K (2880 x 1800) ASUS Lumina OLED display is Dolby Vision-certified, Pantone Validated, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500-certified, so you can expect some pretty impressive visuals here.
And as with current trends, this Zenbook (and others here) is also constructed using recycled metals and plastics, and features sustainable FSC-certified packaging.
Zenbook 14X OLED (UX3404)
Thin and light and available in Sandstone Beige and Inkwell Gray, the Zenbook 14X OLED boasts a lid made from the eco-friendly Plasma Ceramic Aluminum material with a ceramic-like finish and stone-like feel.
Evo-certified, the Zenbook 14X OLED features the latest 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900H processor, studio-grade NVIDIA GeForce RTX™ 3050 graphics, 16 GB of fast LPDDR5 memory, and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. On top of that, it has a 14.5-inch 16:10 2.8K 120 Hz Lumina OLED touchscreen and a long-lasting 10-hour, 70 Wh battery.
Zenbook 14 Flip OLED (UP3404)
The Zenbook 14 Flip OLED (UP3404) is the convertible in the pack and sports a 14-inch, 16:10 2.8K ASUS Lumina OLED touchscreen with support for a 4096-pressure-level MPP 2.0 stylus.
Also, Evo-certified, the Zenbook 14 Flip OLED is powered by the latest 13th Gen Intel Core CPUs, which is paired with a “class-leading” 75 Wh battery. The 360° any-position hinge allows for a variety of implementations including movies and streaming, as this is equipped with a powerful Harman Kardon-certified Dolby Atmos sound system as well.
Vivobook S 14 OLED and S 15 OLED
Also Evo-certified laptops, these two are equipped with 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900H processors and 2.8K 120 Hz ASUS Lumina OLED displays with up to 88% screen-to-body ratio. They’re topped off with Harman Kardon-certified audio systems with Dolby Atmos certification.
Built for portability, these compact laptops are only 17.9 mm-thin and weigh as little as 1.5 kg for the 14.5-inch version and 1.7 kg for the 15.6-inch model.
The Vivobook S series also features touches like the raised logo tag on the metallic lid, stripe accents on the Enter key, and an orange-coloured ESC key. Also interesting is a new design that incorporates stacked-block styling cues around the I/O port areas. They come in stunning Midnight Black, Cool Silver, Cream White, or Solar Blue finishes.
Vivobook 15X OLED (K3504)
The 16:9 2.8K 120 Hz OLED panel features 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage for cinema-grade vibrancy and is PANTONE Validated for professional-grade color accuracy. It also carries the TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue-light emissions and flicker-free operation.
The Vivobook 15X is specced with the latest 13th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, 16 GB of fast memory, 512 GB of speedy SSD storage, and high-speed WiFi 6E connectivity.
Vivobook S 15 OLED BAPE Edition (K5504)

Availability
Currently, only the ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED (UX5304VA-NQ075W) and ASUS Vivobook 15X OLED (K3504VA-MA223W) are available for $2,399 (RM4,999) and $1,699 respectively at the ASUS Exclusive Store, ASUS Online Store, and all authorised retailers. Specific details about the other models will be announced at a later date.
