Bummed that you need to make the adult choice and buy a ‘sensible’ laptop over a gaming machine? StarHub and ASUS Singapore are collaborating to nudge you onto an alternative in the form of the Nvidia GeForce NOW.
StarHub is the regional host for NVIDIA’s RTX servers for GeForce NOW. It’s a service StarHub offers exclusively in Singapore on GameHub+, which is the company’s dedicated platform for gamers.
GeForce NOW hosts AAA video games in the cloud and allows users to play these titles at 1080p resolution and 60 fps frame rates on any device.
The service boasts a collection of over 1,000 supported games, though the ‘catch’ is that you need to legally own the game title first.
ASUS is teaming up with StarHub to offer a free, two-month subscription (worth S$39.98) for GeForce NOW to those who purchase selected ASUS laptops from 1 April till 30 June 2022.
New and existing subscribers of StarHub’s GeForce NOW service can enjoy an additional $100 off selected ASUS laptops at the ASUS Online Store by redeeming a unique discount code either through email or in the rewards section of their My StarHub app.
