PRISM+ got to move these refrigerators — the PureFresh and EverShine

PRISM+, which has been making headway in the home appliance space, has added another string to its bow: its first-ever refrigerators, alongside an update to its ceiling fan lineup. 

The homegrown brand first raised eyebrows when it launched its smart air conditioners in 2022 and followed up with a range of ceiling fans. It’s now making a play for our kitchens and living rooms with the PRISM+ PureFresh and EverShine Refrigerators. PRISM+ also introduced a new ceiling fan mode in the form of the modular PRISM+ Oasis Pro.

PRISM+ is all about pricing, and the new refrigerators are no different. Prices start at a tempting promotional price tag of SGD599 at the IT Show and will revert to promotional prices (from SGD699) after that — it’s competing with fridges in the 900+ price range, which are of the ‘basic features, but premium’ category, in a nutshell. It also offers a 2-year full warranty and 12 years of coverage for the compressor, which is longer than the usual ten years. Overall, this is pretty much in line with PRISM’s pricing approach for its products.

PureFresh and premium EverShine refrigerators

PureFresh is the basic range of refrigerators with 330-litre, 420-litre, and 530-litre top-mount freezer models available. PureFresh also offers a 600-litre side-by-side variant for larger families. If you want a little pizzazz with a Black Glass finish, you can spring for the EverShine range. However, it only offers 420-litre and 530-litre variants.

Both series boast features like multi-zone cooling, anti-odour filters, no-frost technology, and inverter compressors. In addition, the 600-litre model offers three temperature settings to optimise energy usage: an Eco Mode (-16°C freezer, six °C fridge), a Holiday Mode for when you travel (-14°C freezer, 17°C fridge), and a Super Freeze Mode (-25°C freezer) for quick freezing and to preserve food longer.

Oasis Pro Ceiling Fan

The Oasis Pro Ceiling Fan offers a whopping 3,120 design and functionality combinations, including new blade options, housing designs, and the first RGB lighting feature for ceiling fans in Singapore — and no, it’s not Razer Chroma compatible. 

It now has two housing options: the hugger, which the original Oasis Ceiling Fan uses, and the downrod housing, which lets you adjust the fan’s height to achieve optimal airflow. PRISM+ also offers a five-blade version now and a 60” variant for large houses. Prices start from SGD249, not including installation charges and other add-ons.

Availability

PureFresh and EverShine Refrigerators will go on sale across all official platforms on March 13, 2024. In addition to the initial launch discount, a special promotional price will be offered during the IT Show.

PRISM+ will take pre-orders for the Oasis PRO Ceiling Fans starting March 14, 2024, with availability expected by the end of April.
