Shopping for a new laptop? Atrix probably has all your concerns covered

From purchase to recycling, Atrix makes the processes simpler and more accessible.

I had no idea that there are 19 Atrix Dynamics (Atrix) outlets in Singapore–that’s a lot for a computer-centric store. But no matter, Atrix will certainly get more attention now with its attempt at creating a more rewarding IT shopping experience.

First off, Atrix has partnered with Lazada, enabling it to offer an Offline to Online (O2O) service. On top of the existing 19 stores, Atrix plans to open five more by 2024. They have also launched www.atrixmall.com (with e-commerce options to come) and a digital storefront on Lazada. The idea is that regardless of your chosen option, the pricing is consistent, and you have multiple options for pickup and delivery.

You are assured of same-day delivery if you complete the transaction before noon, while premium laptops and desktops can be delivered within two hours after you confirm your purchase. Alternatively, you can opt for an in-store pickup at any time during opening hours. Stores can be found at key malls like NEX, VivoCity, Jurong Point, JEM, and Tampines Mall, while upcoming locations include Holland Village, Bishan Junction 8 Mall, Ang Mo Kio Hub, PLQ Mall, and Tampines 1 Mall.

Atrix addresses all the issues one might have when buying a laptop: All Atrix retail shops will have Service Experience Centres that manage device servicing, upgrades, repairs, and technical advice. Lest you worry about their level of expertise in the matter, Atrix is an authorised service partner for PC brands such as ASUS and Lenovo.

If you cannot go physically to the store, you can opt to troubleshoot your problem remotely if you purchase the service (SGD199 per device for the first 12 months and SGD99 after August 2024). You will also get a one-time replacement for laptop batteries, power chargers, along with two system recoveries.

Atrix also offers a 30-day full refund policy for laptops and desktop PCs with manufacturing defects. And if you’ve always been trying to dispose of your IT devices responsibly but don’t know how you’ll be glad to know that Atrix provides e-waste recycling services. And at no extra charge, Atrix staff can help to remove your hard drive or flash storage drive to preserve your data.

Presently, Atrix is hosting a week-long tech show at the Suntec City Atrium till September 3rd, 2023, where shoppers can participate in giveaways and draws:

  • 100% Cashback Lucky Draw: At the end of the show, one customer will win a full cashback for a single receipt.
  • Sure-win lucky draw: Every single receipt exceeding SGD800 gets you a sure-win spin for prizes like aluminium alloy suitcases, electric boss chairs, wireless earbuds, LED speakers and air fryers.
  • Laptop giveaways: Get over 1,000 likes from sharing Atrix’s TikTok videos with #ATRIXTechShow2023 to win a free laptop.
