Black Ops Cold War and Warzone Season Five goes online on August 13. Season Five boasts a host of new free content, which includes the introduction of a new Double Agent multiplayer player mode.
It’s a mechanic that’s new to the Call of Duty Franchise. The new Among-Us-with-extra-steps mode is an investigative experience that is centred around the saboteur. The party consists of ten players and all are assigned one of three roles: Double Agents have to set off explosive charges or eliminate everyone else to complete their mission, while the Investigator has to use clues to target suspected Double Agents as Wanted Criminals. The rest of the players function as Operatives, who have to work together to suss out the double agents. This is just one of the many new goodies that will be released in Season 5.
