Weighing less than 1kg, the 13.3-inch HP ProBook 635 Aero G7 is the world’s lightest AMD-based business laptop.
It has all that you’d expect from a modern sleek laptop: a current-gen processor in the form of AMD Ryzen 4000 series CPU (Ryzen 5 4500U) and Radeon graphics, coupled with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage.
You’ll also get a quiet, spill-resistant keyboard, long battery life (53Wh for up to 23 hours of use), along with Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and security features. The bezels are thin (9.5mm top bezel and 4.28mm side bezels) for a large screen-to-body ratio. Plus, here’s something that you don’t get often: a 1000 nits display for excellent visibility even when outdoors.

Other quality-of-life enhancements come in the form of a copper-tinted reflective privacy screen (HP Sure View Reflect) that HP says is twice more effective than the competition and a physical shutter for the front-facing camera. Charging is also quicker, getting you up to 50 per cent battery life with just 30 minutes of charging, while and AirDrop-like QuickDrop feature lets you transfer files wirelessly between devices with ease.
Durability and Sustainability
Engineered for long-term use, the ProBook 635 Aero passed 19 military standard tests and 120,000 hours of tests by HP. The laptop comprises largely of recycled materials:
- over 62% of mechanical parts are made from recycled materials
- Speaker enclosure made from 50% recycled material
- 50% recycled aluminium lid
- Keyboard keycaps made from 50% recycled DVDs
- recycled magnesium on keyboard deck and bottom chassis
