Just a day after NVIDIA officially announced the GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card, ASUS followed that up by announcing that they will be offering four versions of this mid-range card: the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4070, TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4070, ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4070 and Dual White GeForce RTX 4070.

Each version will also come in a normal or OC edition. Essentially, the ROG Strix is the premium version, the TUF Gaming is the mainstream version and the Dual lineup is the budget-friendly version.

As expected, these new cards include all the advancements of the NVIDIA Ada Lovelace architecture, which means they feature DLSS 3 neural rendering and real-time ray-tracing technologies. The GeForce RTX 4070 will run most modern games at over 100 frames per second at 1440p resolution.

The ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4070 features a cyberpunk-ish design and a ring of ARGB tail-lights to give you that cool gamer aesthetic.

The ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4070 is equipped with the MaxContact heatsink that features the new 11-blade Axial-tech fans. The new fans are said to deliver 31% more air volume and 56.3% more static pressure compared to the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3080. There is also a massive vented backplate that provides superior airflow, and 0dB technology that keeps the card completely silent under lighter workloads.

To add to its rugged good looks, the TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4070 features a redesigned ARGB TUF logo.

As for the TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4070, it will feature a slightly thicker heatsink that is also paired with the 11-blade Axial-tech fans. However, it measures just 301mm in length which makes it shorter than the ROG Strix version which is 338.9mm long. In other words, this means the TUF version will have wider case compatibility. Like most TUF products, this one also features military-grade capacitors and Auto-Extreme manufacturing quality, making it the choice for those who want a durable card.

Finally, when it comes to the Dual GeForce RTX 4070, there are two colours to choose from, the standard black or the new white version. These are also the shortest out of the lot at just 267mm long and powered by a single PCIe cable, they are ideal for small form factor builds. With that said, these cards feature an all-aluminium backplate and dual 11-blade Axial-tech fans which should help keep the card cool.

If you are looking for an upgrade to your dated graphics card, you can’t go wrong with what ASUS has to offer. Here are the pricing for the cards below:
