Xiaomi’s latest home line-up shows just how far the brand is pushing into everyday life — from the air you breathe to the screens in your living room.
The Mijia Smart Air Purifier 6 (SGD 239) features a five-layer purification system that incorporates UV sterilisation, activated carbon, negative ion generation, and five sensors — including new PM1 and dust detectors. It claims a 99.99% removal rate for H1N1 in one hour, backed by SGS and ITS testing, and can refresh a 10 m² room in 3.5 minutes.
For eyes inside the home, the Smart Camera C701 (SGD 69) now records in 4K Ultra HD with HDR and full-colour night vision, runs on a flagship 1T AI chip, and adds local AI detection for pets, babies, and even loud noises. A physical lens shield ensures privacy, while Wi-Fi 6 keeps streams smooth, and encrypted storage keeps them secure.
There’s also something new for the kitchen: the 10L Dual Zone Air Fryer (SGD 169) cooks mains and sides simultaneously, with sync-finish logic and claims of up to 88% less fat. For something more sentimental, the Portable Photo Printer Pro (SGD 149.90) offers dye-sublimation prints with a lamination layer, along with AR tricks that bring photos to life with video and audio.
Anchoring it all is the TV S Pro Mini LED 2026, starting at SGD 1,099 for the 55-inch. Its 408 dimming zones (704 on the 75-inch) deliver deeper blacks, with a 1700-nit peak brightness, 94% DCI-P3 colour, and native 144Hz refresh, along with a 288Hz Game Boost mode. Dolby Vision, Atmos, and Harman tuning complete the package. At this price, it sits directly in Prism+’s territory — but with specs that make it hard to ignore.
Xiaomi isn’t reinventing the smart home, but it’s steadily making the connected home easier — and more affordable — to adopt.
