Rockstar Games will open pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI on 25 June 2026 through digital storefronts and select retailers, ahead of its 19 November release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Details are sparse; Rockstar has not yet announced pricing, available editions or pre-order bonuses, nor has it specifically named participating retailers.
The official GTA VI page currently lists only PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, with no official announcement about a PC version.
GTA VI returns the series to Vice City while expanding its setting across the wider state of Leonida. The story is centred on Jason and Lucia, who become caught in a criminal conspiracy after an apparently easy score goes wrong.
After several delays, it looks like the 19 November release date is locked in for real this time. This is a friendly reminder to get all your “we got X before we got GTA VI” jokes out of your system before the meme officially unalives on launch day.
